Who I am
My name is Martina, I am 44 years old and I have a degree in Communication Sciences and Journalism. I come from the world of catering and tourism, for more than 20 years I mainly worked as a bartender with various experiences in the dining room and reception, adapting to the world of work with curiosity and a desire to learn. However, my love for words and communication has never left me, and that's how Verba Mundi was born, a project that combines a passion for words with a passion for people, for hospitality and for customer care.
In my job as a bartender, I have spent most of my life in contact with people, I have also worked abroad, in Barcelona, a place that allowed me to enrich my suitcase with many new experiences. Always passionate about books, music and interactions with cultures different from my own, I thought of Verba Mundi as a place where you can feel at home away from home.
Hosting is a way of traveling while standing still, because it gives you the chance to get to know and enrich yourself with the stories of guests from all over the world. My goal? To offer you the best hospitality, with attention, a smile, and courtesy.
I live next door, together with my partner Giuseppe, which allows me to let guests enjoy all the privacy they need but at the same time to always be available for any request or need. I will always be ready and available to guarantee you the utmost comfort for a pleasant and unforgettable stay in our beautiful land, Sardinia. I will share with you tips and useful advice to best visit the city and the enchanting beaches that surround it.
